If you're genuinely not happy with your Seedling website within the first 30 days, we can cancel the subscription, no questions asked. After that, the 12-month commitment kicks in.
This isn't about changing your mind or finding a cheaper option later, but it gives you peace of mind that you'll be satisfied with the quality and service.
WHAT IF I NEED CHANGES THAT TAKE MORE THAN AN HOUR PER MONTH?
Minor updates like text changes or new images fit within your monthly hour.
Bigger changes; new pages, redesigns, or complex functionality, re-quoted separately at my standard hourly rate.
I'll always give you an estimate upfront. Many clients find the monthly hour covers their needs, but if you consistently need more, we might discuss upgrading to Root.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 12 MONTHS?
After your initial 12-month commitment, you have two options:
continue month-to-month at £80/month with 30-day cancellation flexibility, or re-commit to another 12 months at the original £60/month rate.
Most clients appreciate having the choice between flexibility and savings. All pricing is subject to annual inflation adjustments (capped at 5%).

What additional costs should I expect beyond the website design?
£60/month covers everything: hosting, security, your monthly support hour, and ongoing maintenance.
You'll only need to cover your domain name (around £10/year).
Do you offer payment plans?
The Seedling Program IS the payment plan!
Instead of £3k+ upfront, you pay just £60/month.
We do offer a 15% discount if you choose to pay annually (£612 instead of £720), but monthly payments are perfectly fine.
I already have established branding and some website content. Do you offer custom packages?
Perfect! Having existing branding and content actually makes the process smoother and faster.
I'll work with what you have and integrate it into your professional Seedling site. This might even speed up your 48-hour build time.
Can you also design business cards, presentations, or social media templates?
While I focus on websites through the Seedling Program, I do offer additional design services separately.
Once your website is live and you're settled into the program, we can discuss any additional marketing materials you need.
Do you provide ongoing support after the project launches?
Absolutely. I offer ongoing support packages that can include content updates, technical maintenance, performance optimization, and strategic guidance as your business evolves.
